Lovely to catch up with Elma, fresh off the RWC2023 World Cup Draw and the World Series 10's in Bermuda.
Growing up as a white, Afrikaans female, in a predominantly male dominated industry was interesting to listen to, and it goes to show that if you're a brilliant broadcaster and content creator, then you can achieve so much in the industry.
