I didn't know what to expect from Mike, having only ever known him through what the press and social media said of him, with their own agenda. What I found was an articulate and clever player, who cared an awful lot for Quins and country, and who is absolutely misunderstood by the aforementioned. I loved his honesty and the fact he was his authentic self. What a genuinely top bloke, who will get to the top in whatever field he chooses.
